Registration opens in September 2025

Our virtual culinary heritage cooking classes combine  history, geography, and cooking lessons in a single class! We also focus on the Black and Indigenous roots of Southern dishes of our property and foodway. We look for every opportunity to Taste Local History!

Learn. Cook. Connect.

This Fall, join us for interactive, virtual classes that bring centuries of food history to life. From the firesides of Indigenous cooks to the smoke pits of early American barbecue, you’ll discover not just how these foods were made, but why they mattered—and still do today.
