Food is the best way to explore history
After we moved from Brooklyn, we discovered a lot about our property's unknown Black history... which led to our history tours.
Until one day, we realized the best way to share that history was through food... That became the origin of our culinary heritage journey.
And now, we're sharing that knowledge (and more!) with businesses, organizations and private groups.
We look forward to having the opportunity to share Taste Local History with your organization!

I'm writing you to thank you for yesterday's "History of Hot Chocolate" demo. I found it incredibly interesting and far more insightful than I thought.
You did a great job connecting it to our local history.
