Our culinary heritage cooking classes combine history, geography, and cooking lessons in a single class! We primarily focus on the Black and Indigenous roots of Southern dishes of our property and foodway. We look for every opportunity to taste history!

Before your class, you'll receive a class packet that will include a shopping list and prep tips.

In-Person Classes

In-Person Classes will take place either on our farm or at a separate location in Virginia. The class fees include all of the ingredients and materials for the class.
